Today is Veterans Day in America. I salute all the brave men and women who have served our nation and those who continue to serve throughout the world. Thank You and God Bless America!

Memorial Day…why we celebrate
“Memorial Day used to be a solemn day of mourning, a sacred day of remembrance to honor those who paid the ultimate price for our freedoms. Businesses closed for the day. Towns held parades honoring the fallen, the parade routes often times ending at a local cemetery, where Memorial Day speeches were given and prayers offered up. In tribute
to my dad…I love you Dad…thank you for your love, support, strength and faith in God which has lead and kept our family. You have been a rock to lean on and I am proud that you are my father.
